Tony Lucarelli

Tony Lucarelli has been associated with the public refrigerated warehousing business since the mid-1970's, where he worked at a cold storage facility in his hometown while in high school and college. He joined Henningsen in 1986 as a management trainee at the company's Forest Grove facility, was promoted to Manager of Customer Service in 1988, then to Sales Manager in 1990. In 1995, he became Vice President, Sales & Marketing and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 1999.
Mr. Lucarelli has been actively involved in the International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses (IARW), and has served on the association's Trends, Operations, Administration, and Information Systems Committees. He is a graduate of the IARW's sister organization, The Refrigeration Research and Education (TRREF, now the World Food Logistics Organization - WFLO) Institute. He is also a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. He has served as Vice President of The World Group, and is an active member of the National Frozen and Refrigerated Foods Association (NFRA) and the American Frozen Food Institute (AFFI), where he currently serves on the Warehouse Advisory Committee of AFFI's Distribution & Logistics Council. He also serves on the advisory board for Portland State University's Food Industry Leadership Center, and is a member of the Oregon Food Processor's Council of the Northwest Food Processors Association.
Prior to joining Henningsen, Mr. Lucarelli was National Account Manager for Garden Products, Inc., an independent food distributor in Portland, Oregon. A graduate of Gonzaga University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing, he is an active member of the Gonzaga's Alumni Mentor Program in Portland.
