Henningsen Adds New Member to its Board of Directors


(Hillsboro, Ore.) July 18, 2008 - Chris Marsh, chief executive officer of Pulse Health, the leader in helping consumers measure their health status through Exhaled Breath Condensate (EBC), has been named to the Henningsen Cold Storage Co. Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Pulse Health, Mr. Marsh was President of the Talent Management Division of Kronos Inc. Mr. Marsh was CEO of Unicru, until Kronos acquired the company in 2006. Under Mr. Marsh's leadership, Unicru grew from 70 to 208 employees and was recognized in three of the last four years as one of the 500 fastest growing and most successful companies in the U.S. by Inc. Magazine and Deloitte & Touche. Prior to Unicru, Mr. Marsh was Executive Vice President of E*Trade, the leading online financial brokerage firm and independent provider of ATMs. Mr. Marsh has also held executive positions at Card Capture Services, Superior Transportation Logistics and the Greenbrier Companies.


Henningsen Cold Storage Co., founded in 1923 and based in Hillsboro, Oregon, is a public refrigerated warehousing company, offering full service temperature controlled logistics services in Idaho, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Washington. The company has ten operations comprising over 42 million cubic feet of temperature controlled warehousing space.
