Mike Henningsen Elected to AIB Board of Directors

(Hillsboro, OR) May 7, 2010 - Michael Henningsen Jr., Chairman and President of Henningsen Cold Storage Co. has been elected to the Board of Directors for the Manhattan, Kansas based American Institute of Baking (AIB). AIB International is a corporation founded by the North American wholesale and retail baking industries in 1919 as a technology transfer center for bakers and food processors. AIB currently serves many segments of the food processing, distribution, foodservice, and retail industries worldwide.

"We use various internal and external auditors to confirm our company is providing clean, safe, high quality facilities", said Mr. Henningsen. Mr. Henningsen also stated, "I was pleased to be selected for the board of directors, as AIB is an important partner in the food manufacturing industry. It will be an honor to serve with the other members of the board, they are all innovative leaders."
