We are always looking for quality carriers to work with on a local, regional and nationwide basis.  If you would like to be considered as a carrier for Henningsen Transportation Services and meet the following criteria we would like to hear from you.

• Asset-Based (Company owned or leased equipment)
• Satisfactory safety rating
• Excellent communications
• Refrigerated equipment primarily in the areas of our distribution centers

How to become a qualified carrier:

• Please fill out the information below and the W9 form, and fax to 570-207-0226
• Operating Authority
• Insurance (Auto-Liability, Cargo & Workers Compensation)

          *Henningsen must be listed as Certificate Holder on Insurance
